Princess Kx is sick!!

Oh dear, kx has been sick since last friday. It started as her having some cough and then when we were in Bangkok she suffered fever and serious flu :(

When we came back from Bangkok her fever did not subside and we have to rush her to KKH Children's Emergency at 4am. Luckily everything turned out to be fine and her fever was gone the next day. Phew!!

ext week we will be going on a trip to Hongkong le and i hope she recover fast enough to enjoy herself there. Hopefully it's not going to be a very tiring trip for me coz I carried her constantly in Bangkok and it was very very tiring. Nearly break my arms and back!

Kx has a new toy

I bought a tent with balls for kx. She dun dare to go in initially, so scared the balls will eat her




After much persuasion and coaxing, finally she is willing to venture into the tent and explore her new toy




but after a while, she becomes tired of it alrdy and began to climb out.....i hope she will like this toy, if not gonna waste money liao

10 mths progress

Ok, kx will be 10 mths soon and let me recap her progress for this month

1) She can stand unaided for few secs
2) She can cruise but not very steady
3) Has two upper teeth and althogether 4 teeth
4) Likes to babble and babble
5) Likes to point. Wherever she wants to go or wants to take, she will point. So sometimes i will purposely switch off the TV when she's watching barney and she will point to the blank screen and babble, hahaha....bad mummy, always likes to disturb her
6) Likes to lie on my chest when she's sleeping or very close to me (I kinda like this feeling :) )

1st BALUKU!!!

Today kx kena her first baluku, it's reali my fault for not taking good care of her. I feel so guilty and remorseful. Why did i let it happen!! I thot i can take good care of her without her suffering any injuries but i was wrong and im so upset about it :( :( :(

I reali pray that her swell will go down soon, if not everytime when i look at the bump, the guilty feeling will creep back to me and i feel that i have not done my duty as a mother. Haiz...what a day....

As if the baluku is not bad enough, later in the evening she giap her finger while playing with the FP toy. She cried so loud leh and kept looking at the toy and cry, as if she know that the toy bullied her. My darling very poor thing hor, have to suffer 2 injuries in a day. I rather the injuries are inflicted on me rather than her and im most willing to take the pain on her behalf. She's so little and it reali breaks my heart to see the bump on her small round head.

I think i must reali sayang her more and shower her with more of my love, hugs and kisses to make up for the suffering and pain she has to go through...

Planning for a Holiday???

Well, im really planning to go on a holiday coz very sian and tired le...wanted to go to Perth so that kx can get to see real animals and hope it will be an eye-opener for her though i doubt she can remember she's been to Perth.

Anyway Sim and I have decided we will bring kx to Perth in Sep/Oct to let her enjoy herself and at the same time enjoy ourselves. Let the trip be a belated birthday gift to our darling princess :)
