A New Kitchen Set

Today my mummy and daddy finally agreed to open the kitchen set for me to play. Yeah!! Im so happy...The kitchen set was a birthday present from all the aunties who loved me ps. aunties, you know who you are :)

My daddy was assembling the kitchen set and i decided to help out coz more hands will make the job finished faster right?

My mummy also played the kitchen set together with me coz she loves to play masak when she was a little girl. When she teached me how to chop the fish and chicken into half, i became angry and threw the fish and chicken away...Dun ask me why am i angry, i also don't know....

Library

Brought kx to the library today...her first time to the library!! :)

We brought her to the children's section to read the books and hopefully she will choose the books she wants and we will borrow for her. However, once we placed her on the floor, she began to throw the books that are on the shelves to the floor, creating a mess around her



When we asked her to choose a book and read, she does this instead


Finally she flipped a book but then after awhile she gets sick of it and began to roam around instead







We decided it's time to leave the library coz dun want to create disturbances to the other readers. We went shopping instead and we saw a swing...kx gets excited again and wanted to sit inside the swing...well, we just let her sit on it since it's free, hahaha







Kx made noise again when it's time to leave...luckily this time round her daddy did not say want to buy the swing for her, hahaha...While walking towards the entrance kx managed to grab hold of a soft kitty toy and refused to let go again...**Faint**

Ikea!!

Today after SM class I took kx to Brennan's and Bernice's birthday party. Wah alot of people and the dinner was BBQ food. Kx was rather snobbish coz when bernice waved bye bye to her, she refused to wave bye bye back and even turned her head away!! Gosh...i dunno what's wrong with her, is she in bad mood or what??!!

After that we went Ikea for shopping since it's nearby. Passed by the children's dept and kx insists to hold onto a soft toy giraffe and simply refused to let go. Her daddy wanted to buy that toy for her but i managed to divert her attention and finally she let go of the toy. Phew!! If not will have another "abandoned animal" at home again...

We also went to see some of the baby's cots and kx was very excited, wanted to go into the cot. I let her down into one of the cots and she was so happy...walked around the cot and clapped hands somemore. She played and meddled with the bedsheet for 10 mins and when we picked her up to leave, she threw a tantrum...kicked up a big fuss by screaming and kicking her legs wildly. Alot of people were staring at us and wondered what happened...It's quite embarassing and again I have to divert her attention by telling her we are going to see birds

When we were in the household dept, i was looking at some of the kitchen utensils and carrying kx on 1 arm. I did not notice that there was a notice board in the middle of the passageway and while im walking, kx's cheek hit the side of the notice board with a loud thud. Immediately she began to wail in pain and again everyone turned to stare at us. Aiyoh i think it's my fault for not noticing the notice board but on the other hand, why did Ikea has to install a notice board in the middle of the passageway???!! It's such an obstruction to human traffic flow and furthermore, accidents like knocking into the board will sure to happen. Luckily kx did not has any serious injuries to her face, if not i dunno what to liao....

My actual Birthday - Yeah!!

Yeah, yeah...today i officially turned ONE!! Yes, the big ONE!

Daddy, mummy and grandma brought me to Sentosa today. We went to the underwater world to look at the fish, sharks, giant crabs etc...Well, I did not really enjoy myself coz I don't really fancy fish. I like birds better





However, I like the beach. I love to walk on the sands and stand on the sands, so much so that i don't want to leave...









At nite, when i reached home i get to cut the cake and i received some presents from Daddy and Mummy :)

My Joint Birthday Bash With Javier and Bernice

Today I had a joint birthday celebration with Javier and Bernice. Javier is 1 day younger than me and Bernice is 1 week younger than me. We had the birthday bash at Javier's condo function room. Alot of aunties, uncles, kor kor, jie jie and mei mei came. We had great fun together :)

When i reached there, i immediately went to the play area to play with toys





Well, I don't like to be confined to the play mat to play with toys only. I enjoyed roaming about on my own

Me and My Carseat

I have more or less adapted to sitting in the carseat alrdy, or should i say resigned to fate?? Anyway gone are the days where I can crawl from one end of the seat to the other and I can no longer jump and go down as and when I like. Now whenever Mummy wants to bring me out, I have to guai guai stay in the carseat until I reached my destination, even if it's a 5 min drive....

Since there's nothing for me to see outside, i might as well sleep...


Mummy, im already miserable enough sitting in the carseat, why must you take my pic??

Javier comes to play

Today auntie Joie came to our house to take something from mummy and I also got the chance to play with Javier. We stayed inside the playyard and played with balls

We had a good time playing with the balls and other toys




When it was time for them to leave, Javier did not want to leave and wanted to play with my other toys. Well javier, next time ask your mummy to bring you to my house and play lor :)

My Birthday Bash!!!

Today my daddy and mummy celebrated my 1st birthday in advance. Well, way in advance in fact.

Daddy was very excited, woke up early in the morning to buy breakfast for mummy and to decorate the place with balloons



The food came at 1pm punctually and guests start to arrive as early as 1.15pm. I had fun playing with the other kids abnd i was sweating all over





When it comes to cake cutting i am very happy and excited coz i can get to blow candle!

The party ended at around 5pm and after all the guests had left, it's time for me to look at my presents!! Hahaha

Meal Times!!

After we are done with Go Go Bambini we proceed to Revenue House to take some Jap cuisine, strongly recommended by K for its cheap and delicious food

The food was nice and lotsa of variety too. However I have difficulty restraining kx in the high chair coz there was no safety belt attached to the high chair. Wonder why they took away the safety belts???

Wonder whether T will get heartpain anot when he see the rice again...


At night we went to Cafe Cartel at BPP to have dinner and for a walk
